Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Track, process, and ensure timely payment of accounts payable.
- Manage accounts receivable collections and reconcile client accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Collaborate with various departments to support financial operations.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with the Finance Team and other departments to address financial inquiries and issues.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline preferred
- 2 years of experience in accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
