Position Details:The Client Acquisition Specialist - Long-Term Care is a key role focused on expanding MedElite's network by acquiring new long-term care facility partners. This is a sales-intensive position that requires a candidate with a strong existing book of business within the long-term care industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in growing MedElite's presence and impact in the geriatric healthcare sector by leveraging relationships and securing new partnerships. Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential long-term care facility partners
Leverage an existing book of business to establish new partnerships
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive partner acquisition
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with facility decision-makers
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of MedElite's innovative solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support for new partners
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
Provide feedback and market insights to help refine MedElite's offerings
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales within the long-term care industry
Existing book of business within long-term care facilities is essential
Strong understanding of geriatric healthcare and long-term care facility operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about improving patient care
