Margeaux Metairie Apartments has an immediate need for an industry experienced Maintenance Supervisor.

Duties:

• Effectively lead by example and manage maintenance crew

• Prepare units to move-in ready condition

• Performs various community maintenance functions

• Responds to resident service requests and issues

• Maintain activity log

• Reports any maintenance concerns to the Property Manager

Requirements:

• 2 years of industry maintenance experience

• 1 years supervisory experience preferred

• MUST be able and willing to work hands-on alongside crew

• Assist with on-call responsibilities

• HVAC certification

• Demonstrate excellence customer service skills
