The Melting Pot Tallahassee is actively hiring hosts and hostesses (or Hospitality Specialists as we call them)! We are an evening only restaurant, so shifts begin at 4:00 pm weekdays. Perfect for after school or a second job. Only part-time positions available at this time (10-15 hours per week). Starting pay is $12/hour with raise negotiable after 90-day job commitment.

Hospitality Specialist Responsibilities:

- Answering Phones and taking reservations while being cheerful and hospitable.

- Opening the door for guests coming and going with a smile.

- Greeting guests, seating parties and getting to know our guests by name..

- Creating celebration packages such as greeting cards, flowers or candles.

Must maintain a positive attitude, work well with others, and be available weekends as well as New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day as those are our busiest days of the year.
