Key Duties Include:

Updating inventory program with dates against incoming containers

• Item set up and maintenance in NetSuite to maintain continuity of item descriptions and item-specific information, ensuring all related fields completed; SKU, Volume, weight, cost, case unit, price, supplier.

• Coordinating samples to be sent to suppliers to obtain quotes, availability and production time.

• Weekly Account Management report; status updates requested from specific suppliers with detailed list of open purchase orders listed in email.
• Testing orders, testing setup and coordination with appropriate test facility as per customers' requirements; tracking, and results reporting
• Prepares purchase orders for goods and negotiates price and terms with supplier
• Coordinates activities involved with procuring goods from suppliers
• Monitor the entire life cycle of a purchase order to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Assist in goods inspection upon delivery and administrate repercussions to suppliers for defective or unacceptable goods.
• Review and submit all invoices from suppliers to the appropriate department; help keep everyone informed during all stages of purchase order cycle
• Maintaining Inventory on Holograms for all Leagues
• Works with Production Facility Manager on proper inventory levels for production items

• Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing data effectively to inform purchasing decisions and strategies, while maintaining a structured schedule for timely dissemination of information to relevant departments.
• College Degree required or 5 years of work experience in fast paced environment
• Experience in office setting
• Proficient in Excel Spreadsheets
• Must be able to Multi-task and able to switch tasks rapidly when needed
• Detailed oriented
