Job Summary:
Dutch Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven Sales Professional to join our team in South Charleston, West Virginia. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to our valued customers. This is a full-time position in the auto industry, with a generous salary and benefits package.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary ranging from $2000 to $15000 per month, paid weekly. Along with the salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) options, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customers' needs and help them find the perfect vehicle to meet their requirements
- Conduct test drives and highlight features and benefits of different vehicles
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to reach a mutually beneficial agreement for both the customer and the dealership
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business
- Meet or exceed sales goals and expectations set by the dealership
- Collaborate with team members and managers to create a positive and successful sales environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership-specific software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
