You're Excited About US Because You Will...

• Work with Sales teams to ensure all group reservation requirements are handled properly, efficiently, and professionally.
• Maintains contact with Sales teams to ensure all coordination of all group activity and information, including the processing of reservations, rooming lists, advance deposits, and group resumes to necessary departments.
• Set up and maintain a master file for each group with pertinent information, including approved changes applied to the group and documented conversations with clients and Sales Team Members.
• Review rooming lists for accuracy of information, format and billing requirements.
• Identify, process and block rooms for staff and VIP lists as necessary.
• Ensure that blocks entered are consistent with the pattern for the group and that room-type blocks flow for the duration of the block.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management.

We're Excited About YOU Because...

• You have one to two years of customer service experience at a hotel or comparable setting. Sales experience desired.
• You have the computer skills required to enter data into systems found at hotels; read, and interpret information. Ability to integrate data between systems.
• You are willing and able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Work schedules will include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.

The expected hourly rate for this position is $22.00. The Meritage Resort & Spa reserves the right to modify or update this range at any time.

The actual rate offered will be at the sole discretion of the company and determined by relevant experience, qualifications, and skillset of the final candidate.

A full-time team member in this role is eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, educational reimbursement, and paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
