Leasing Assistant needed for a section 8 building in Brooklyn long term temp! 

Reputable Real Estate Management firm in Brooklyn is looking for a long term temp to handle Recertifications for section 8 housing and LIHTC Compliance. You will be doing the full paperwork involved with the tenants of the building. Yardi knowledge and ability to do math calculations is a must. Certification of LIHTC Compliance is preferred.
