What we are looking for…

• 2 years’ experience with marketing / leasing / customer service
• High School Diploma required
• College marketing coursework preferred
• Knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8 and mixed finance properties preferred
• Experience with RealPage software is a plus
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when needed

What your typical day will look like…

• A schedule of Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week)
• Greeting visitors to the office and property
• Initiating and maintaining contact with current and prospective tenants by phone and email
• Scheduling and giving tours of models and vacancies to prospective tenants
• Processing applications and leases
• Verifying employment and income
• Following up with references
• Conducting marketing surveys and completing marketing reports
• Distributing flyers and advertising materials
• Developing innovative and effective marketing presentations
• Performing other duties as assigned
• Operating in accordance with Michaels policies and procedures
• Complying with Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all Federal and State Laws
