Join us as a Customer Service Representative, first point of contact for customers!

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact, delivering top-notch service. Your helpful communication skills and ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently will assist in providing a positive experience for callers.

**Full time, in-office**

**Must have availability to work some evenings and weekends**

**Hours 8:00am-5:00pm (5 days a week)

**40 hours per week, no overtime offered. **

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and make warm outbound calls (no cold calling!) in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Communicate with service techs in the field to ensure efficient scheduling
• Maintain customer information within company software

• Strong telephone etiquette and a drive for success
• Positive and motivated demeanor with exceptional communication abilities
• Proficient computer skills are required
• Exceptional communication and active listening skill
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Quick problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset to solve evolving work strategies

Additional Qualifications (a plus!):

• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
• A genuine passion for helping others and creating pleasant experiences
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual skills, in Spanish, a plus
