One of our most prestigous clients are looking for an admin. assistant to their HR department.
The hiring manager is looking for a junior administrative assistant who is very organized and can help with keeping track of all the catering and other related related invoices and provide general administrative support to the HR department. Candidates must be flexible for backup receptionist duties that come up occasionally.
Candidates should be polished, professional, tech savvy, and highly self motivated to make a meaningful contribution that would enable him or her to be considered to join the team on a full-time basis.
This role is onsite, M - F, and involves interacting with a lot of the firms attorneys.
