Our client, a well respected Government Agency, is seeking a team of Remote Call Center Representatives to join it's team for a 3-4 month period. This position is fully remote, but you must live in Kentucky. Bilingual, Spanish Speaking a plus!

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our call center team as a representative. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and have the ability to multitask effectively. As a call center representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or resolve issues as needed.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed performance goals, including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in computer applications and typing skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
