Our financial client is hiring a Oracle Database Administrator at $68/hour (W2) to support their team in Manassas, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle database systems, including upgrades and patches.
- Manage and monitor Golden Gate replication processes to ensure data integrity and high availability.
- Develop and implement database management automation scripts to include install, config and maintenance jobs using python, and Ansible for configuration management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Oracle DBA, with 8 years focusing on Golden Gate replication environments.
- Proficiency in Python scripting for database task automation and system integration.
