The Midtown Group is Hiring a Senior Capital Project Manager Near Norman, OK

Our education client is hiring a Construction Senior Capital Project Manager at $103k/year (W2) to support their team in Norman, OK.
Responsibilities
  • Represent the University during all phases of design, programming, and construction of both major and minor capital improvements projects.
  • Evaluate drawings, specifications, and other documentation to ensure that projects comply with university standards and requirements.
Qualifications
  • Completed bachelor's degree
  • Valid driver's license
  • 5 years relevant post-graduation experience in commercial/institutional construction administration
