• Train and support team members, offering feedback and coaching as needed.
• Deliver top-notch customer service, upsell, and recommend our tasty treats.
• Create perfect milkshakes, sundaes and handmade chocolate while sticking to our quality standards.
• Handle customer concerns with a calm, positive attitude.
• Help with inventory, cash handling, and keeping the store neat and organized.
