The Minikahda Club is Hiring a Women's Locker Room Attendant (33995) Near Minneapolis, MN
Women's Locker Room Attendant Position Description: The Women's Locker Room Attendant is responsible for providing the highest level of professionalism and customer service for the Club’s members and their guests. She needs to spread hospitality, maintain pristine cleanliness in the Locker Room, and the availability of all provided amenities.
Essential Functions:
Skills: Excellent people skills, even under stressful, fast-paced work situations, are required for this position. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work quickly, efficiently, and neatly while focusing on providing warm and welcoming customer service. The ability to think on your feet, prioritize customer needs and requests, and to do several things simultaneously is required.
Equipment to be used: Computer POS systems
Typical Physical Demands: This position requires moderate strength and physical fitness. Must be able to lift and carry at least 40 pounds and remain standing for long periods of time. The position also requires repeated bending, stooping, reaching and a normal range of hearing and vision .
Essential Functions:
- Spread hospitality and goodwill among all members, guests, and fellow staff.
- Welcome all members and guests to the Locker Room and around the club; anticipate and assist in their daily needs.
- Understand the entire operation thoroughly:
- The Minikahda Club rules and regulations.
- Locker Room’s policies and procedures.
- Conduct maintenance on members’ and guests’ shoes, including cleaning, polishing, and replacing laces.
- Maintain and assign guest lockers. Assist guests who need a locker by showing them the location, providing locks when needed, and supplying desired amenities.
- Keep the locker room clean and always organized.
- Frequently dust, wash floors, clean mirrors, sanitize restrooms and showers, and vacuum carpeted areas.
- Maintain bathroom and shower cleanliness to the standards of a premier golf club.
- Empty garbage cans and towel baskets in locker and bathroom facilities.
- Inventory and restock complimentary items as needed, including but not limited to hand towels, bath towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, combs, deodorant, hair products, and mouthwash.
- Be open to member feedback and suggest ways to improve the member experience.
