Purpose:

Assist with remarketing Personal Lines renewal business and assist with the marketing and placement of new business.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Your role will be to primarily remarket Personal Lines renewal business and assist with the marketing and placement of new business (as requested).

• After the renewal has been reviewed in accordance with our Procedures, you will be directed by the responsible account manager to commence a remarket of the account.

• You will bridge the information from the Hawksoft Agency Management System to the EZLynx comparative rater. 

• You may need to obtain updated information to complete the remarket accurately. 

• You will coordinate with the responsible account manager to obtain all necessary updates. 

• Complete quotes through EZLynx and on the applicable carrier Web sites in accordance with our Procedures and Standards.

• Ensure all applicable coverages on the remarketed proposals comply with our Standards and match the expiring coverages. 

• Present the remarketed proposals to the responsible account manager and/or producer in the format prescribed by our Procedures.

• As requested from time-to-time, you will be assigned new business to quote.

• You will follow our Procedures and Standards for quoting new business.

• Assist with any other administrative or customer service duties as requested from time to time.

There is an expectation of licensing as a property and casualty agent in the 

State of Ohio upon employment.
