Part-Time Accounting & Payroll Manager
Location: Irvine, CA - hybrid opportunity - flexible work days and hours.
Average Hours: 20/wk
Salary: $35,000-$40,000/yr
We are a painting tool manufacturing company, with products manufactured at our Tijuana, Mexico factory, transported to Irvine, CA and then shipped to retailers & distributers. We are a small family business, established in 1982, with about 40 factory workers in Tijuana and 5 employees in Irvine facility. We are looking to add a part-time accounting & payroll manger to their team.
Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Payroll management
• Monthly financial statements
• Inventory receipt posting

Qualifications

• Previous accounting, bookkeeping, payroll experience
• Bilingual - English & Spanish
• Experience with Sage 100 Accounting software
• Microsoft Word & Excel proficiency
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
