We are looking add a remote Administrative Assistant to our team. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail-oriented, creative, energetic, curious, and born to multitask.
Core Responsibilities

- Help manage administrative tasks for one executive
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Calendar and Email Management
- Arrange meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements using as needed
- Proof-read documents
- Support project management as needed
- 2 experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant, or in other secretarial position
- Full comprehension of Microsoft Office Suite
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Ideally: Experience in marketing, advertising or market research fields
