Job DescriptionBusiness Development / Sales Representative at a Contractor & Facade Restoration Company, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing sales for our masonry and facade restoration services. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting our solutions effectively, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the commercial and residential sectors who require masonry services and facade restoration.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and project requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop accurate project proposals, estimates, and timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and expand our client base.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, masonry, or restoration industry.
  • Strong understanding of masonry techniques, facade restoration processes, and construction materials.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
