The Mom Project is Hiring an Employment Lawyer (California) Near Daly, CA

  • MUST be barred in California in order to apply.
This is a contract position, that will carry the business through the lawsuit, approximately 6 months of work.
We are looking for a California-barred employment lawyer with experience defending class action lawsuits. The successful candidate will handle a Class/ PAGA matter, which is currently in the early stages.
Core Responsibilities
  • Provide expert and strategic legal advice regarding the case
  • Handle communications with opposing counsel
  • Prepare summary of potential damages
  • Ability to analyze class data for valuation purposes
Qualifications/ Skills
  • Must have experience defending class action lawsuits and feel comfortable as lead counsel
