We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is a hybrid setup (onsite 3 days a week) in New York, NY.What The Team Does
- The design team
- Build out a design system
- In charge of setting up online tools
- Team created the design system
- Managing website design
- Farm out to switch board and work with the engineers to create the website
- Manage day-to-day operations of marketing assets and service the licensing partners globally.
- Collaborate with Original Programming, Operations, Media Relations, Business Affairs and Legal to acquire marketing documents and ensure proper and timely publishing on marketing B2B site.
- Responsible for acquiring and publishing images and key art on marketing B2B site.
- Manage A/V promotional material asset schedules for all programs.
- Assist in departmental ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Support the Senior Manager, Worldwide Television Marketing screening platform.
- Manage the day-to-day administration for screeners and assist the Senior Manager, Worldwide Television Marketing, in the management of the pre-air viewing platform.
- Communicate with international PR teams about upcoming press launches, embargo information and process press lists are they are received.
- 2-3 years of work experience
- Experience in the creative field
- Ability with connect/work cross-functionally
- If they know photoshop and InDesign
- If they have experience working with international cross-functional teams
- If they are Bilingual in another language
