We are excited to partner with an upscale Medical Spa! They are seeking a diligent and responsible Assistant.
Job Responsibilities:
Prep clients for their service and make sure their form is signed correctly.
Prep and clean rooms for the clients and book they are follow-up appointments.
Help maintain the spa clean and Keep records of the inventory.
Service the Client's Coffee or tea, and other requirements might need.
Drop off mail and Keep inventory records.
Must be able to keep up with a busy schedule and be customer service-oriented. (Training is available.)
Be able to keep up with a positive environment for both customers and other employees.
Needs to be willing to work mornings and nights.
Be able to have a flexible schedule.
Must have experience working in the spa field or Medical to understand the job requirement.
Dress professionally: Must wear scrubs.
Hours for this position are:
Monday 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Wednesday 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Friday 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Saturday 8:30 AM to 2 pm
