Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world. We are seeking a SAP S/4 Hana COPC & COPA Consultant on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role will be the subject matter expert on SAP Product Costing and Profitability Analysis on major Global Operations Transformation Initiative (SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ME Implementation for Manufacturing). This role is onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.What You'll Do
Design and document Product Costing functionality
Configure relevant Finance modules and prepare related functional specifications
Define testing scope, write test scripts and execute end to end testing in coordination with other tracks
Provide input to cutover schedule and execute cutover tasks
Post Go Live support
Required Skills and Experience:
8 Years of Experience in SAP Product Costing (CO-PC)
10 Years of Experience in SAP FICO, including Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
Proven experience in implementing SAP Product Costing for discrete, repetitive and process manufacturing environments
Expert knowledge on Material standard cost calculation, labor, material and overhead cost management in Production Orders and Variance Analysis
Knowledge of Material Ledger in an SAP S/4 environment, especially Actual Costing
Familiarity with SAP Finance integration to PP, SD, MM
Experience designing and implementing complex intercompany material transfer scenarios, including managing mark-ups and satisfying requirements for intercompany eliminations in Consolidation
Able to facilitate business decision making for complex Product Costing Design choices at various levels of the organization
Strong written, verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
