We are seeking a Senior CRM Analyst on a contract basis with a strong background in mobile marketing, in order to set up new measurement mechanisms for emerging channels (SMS, Push, In Product Notifications), conduct analysis on complex lifecycle programs across channels, help define/implement requirements to enhance the CRM marketing capabilities, and overall support a team of marketers with insights and strategy development. This role is hybridonsite (2 days per week) in San Diego, CA or Mountain View, CA.Job Responsibilities
Set the foundation for how TurboTax should measure impact of mobile channels
Push and SMS in particular
Building measurement and attribution mechanisms in line with industry best practices, helping drive their adoption throughout the organization, and overseeing their implementation
Define and articulate data or functionality requirements (business & technical requirements, conduct user acceptance testing and align on overall output) to enhance In-Product Notifications, SMS and Push programs, closely partnering with Product teams to ensure their proper and timely implementation
Carry out channel level and campaign level analysis, supporting CRM marketers in result and test share outs by drafting key insights and recommendations, and making performance presentations that are both actionable and solutions-driven
Be a thought leader in the way we approach omni channel performance, measurement and strategy
Closely partner with CRM Analytics team, providing detailed input into test and measurement plans and ensuring share-outs and data pulls are closely anchored to campaign strategic objectives
Dive into complex data sets to analyze trends, identify opportunities and quantify the potential value of new initiatives & channels
Audit assess how mobile marketing channel strategy connects to product experiences with a view to help identify gaps and improve the customer experience
Design multivariate tests, synthesizing results and building frameworks to make scaling decisions
