This position provides bartending services to The Monument patrons. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:
- Mix, pour and serve beverages.
- Remain knowledgeable in mixed drinks and beer.
- Perform safe food practices including preparation, handling, and storage.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in set up and clean-up of bar.
- Provide guests with friendly service.
- Assist in counting beginning and ending inventory.
- Assist in beginning and ending shift procedures.
- Report directly to bar lead.
- Communication with both internal and external customers in a positive manner.
- Uphold The Monument guidelines and standards of operation.
- Correctly count back change to the customer.
- Use the POS system efficiently.
- Work as a member of a team.
- Help customers quickly.
Job Type: Seasonal
Pay: From $11.46 per hour
