The Social Media Specialist for the Today in the Word devotional brand provides social media and strategic communications support for Today in the Word. This position interacts and collaborates with the Strategic Communications team along with the Chief Marketing Officer to deliver messages and strategies for Today in the Word’s social media brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation campaigns. This individual will administer all social media accounts for the Today in the Word brand. As a member of the Strategic Communications team, this individual contributes to the ideation for social media campaigns that integrate with websites, tailored landing pages, and annual/one-off marketing campaigns.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This is a part-time position, working 28 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. We prefer this role to be a local hybrid position, requiring the individual to be on campus every Tuesday, with the possibility of needing to be on campus up to two additional days per week as needed. No travel is expected for this position.
