What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions on property management systems such as Yardi, RealPage, MRI, Entrata, and more.
  • Design, develop, and update training materials and programs, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS), ensuring all training content is current and accessible. Track and report on training effectiveness and participation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the training portion of the onboarding process for new hires. Monitor their progress and provide additional training as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps, providing solutions to improve system usage and efficiency.
  • Offer support and troubleshooting for property management systems, serving as a point of contact for system-related issues and liaising with vendors as necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze training requirements for new and existing associates.
  • Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions, tailoring training to meet the specific needs of different regions and roles.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and training materials.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure effective system usage.
  • Travel to various regions to conduct training sessions and support local teams.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to identify and address training gaps.
  • Create engaging learning materials using various media, including audio, video, animation, and simulations.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for program improvements and updates.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance training effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in property management systems training.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, MRI, Entrata, etc.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with LMS administration and instructional design.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and business process improvement.
  • Experience with virtual training platforms and tools.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail.
  • Ability to Travel up to 50% or more at times
