What You'll Do
Essential Job Functions:
  • Prepare Job Descriptions and Job Postings
  • Source candidates
  • Manage Application Process
  • Work with Temp Companies and Recruiters in various markets when needed
  • Conduct interviews and pre-screen candidates for Department Heads
  • Prepare Offer Letters for VP of HR final approval
  • Oversee background screening process
  • Onboard new hires
  • Host Career Fairs and Recruiting Events
  • Work with colleges to develop relationships for top-talent graduates
  • Oversee Internship program
  • Create systems for tracking market compensation packages
  • Create systems for capturing turnover rates
  • Develop Recruiting materials with Marketing (both digital and hard copy)
  • Various ad-hoc projects
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of recruiting experience
  • Working knowledge of UKG (formerly Ultipro) a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to deal with highly confidential information
  • Detail-oriented and very organized
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Good problem solving and time management skills
  • Stays calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Real estate experience highly desirable (preferably multi-family)
