Real Estate Business Development

As a RE Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in both The Mountaintop Group and Roecam, leveraging your expertise to excel in real estate advisory services and sourcing investment opportunities. You will continue your duties with The Mountaintop Group while dedicating additional efforts to identifying and securing acquisition opportunities for Roecam. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to expand your skill set and make a significant impact across both organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continue Realtor/Broker Duties: Fulfill your responsibilities as a licensed real estate advisor with The Mountaintop Group, including assisting clients with buying and selling residential properties, conducting market analysis, and negotiating transactions.
• Source Acquisition Opportunities: Utilize your market knowledge, networking skills, and industry connections to identify off-market deals, distressed properties, and value-add opportunities for Roecam in NJ and across the US.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and industry professionals to uncover new investment opportunities and off-market deals.
• Conduct Outreach and Prospecting: Proactively reach out to potential sellers and property owners through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events to uncover hidden investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with The Mountaintop Group and Roecam teams to understand their respective objectives and ensure that sourced opportunities align with their investment criteria.
• Maintain Records and Pipeline: Keep detailed records of potential investment opportunities, maintain a robust deal pipeline, and provide regular updates to the Roecam team on sourcing efforts and progress.

Compensation is 100% commission with bonus opportunities.
