What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Lines Customer Service Representative position at The Murray Group?
The Murray Group is seeking a licensed personal lines customer service representative (formal title Personal Risk Advisor) to provide day-to-day service and direct support to new and existing clients. As a personal lines representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.
Responsibilities
- Research and answer clients’ and underwriters’ calls.
- Advise clients regarding insurance coverage and risk management issues.
- Process insurance policy changes, renewals and cancellations.
- Foster and maintain good working relationships with clients, insurance company underwriters, and real estate associates.
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience and must be licensed in property & casualty
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
