The Myerson Law Group, PC, is looking for a part-time Receptionist/Assistant to join our team, Monday through Friday, 8:45am - 12:45pm. Future full-opportunity is possible.
The ideal candidate is a mature individual with excellent oral and written communication skills, highly organized, attentive to detail and able to hold strict client confidentiality. Responsibilities will include answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling virtual and in-person appointments, managing incoming and outgoing mail, filing documents, and providing administrative support to the legal team. The successful candidate will be professional, friendly, and have a positive attitude. *Must have a clean criminal record.*

Experience with Microsoft Office is critical. Experience with MyCase or other practice management software and PDF editing is useful, but can be trained.
