We’re currently seeking a Production Delivery Coordinator to join our Print team in Irving, Texas, so we can have more hands on deck to deliver our publications to the USPS and aid in our sustained growth and continued commitment to quality. 

The Production Delivery Coordinator is responsible for getting our publications into the mail so they can be delivered to readers. They’ll also be tasked with driving N2’s company vehicle to the USPS on a daily basis, as well as organizing our Quality Control (QC) copies and updating our computer system.

This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) opportunity with the ability to earn overtime each week. We’re currently looking for the right candidate to start on the facility’s first shift, which runs Monday through Friday from 10:30 am - 7:00 pm CT. The starting pay for this role is $20 per hour.

In a Typical Day, You’ll:

• Drive N2’s delivery truck to deliver batches of publications to the USPS as often as necessary.
• Work on a schedule to ensure publications are delivered to the USPS on time for deadline distribution.
• Progress mailing in the print app and file shelf copies.
• Order and pick up USPS mail transport equipment, such as pallets, mail sacks, mail tag holders and other supplies.
• Assist with inventory & kitting.
• Assign stamps to appropriate pieces of outbound mail.
• Make occasional runs to the recycling center and accept incoming shipments.
• Organize our QC publication copies and update our computer system.
• Assist with making welcome kits, shipping samples, and other duties as assigned.

To Land This Gig, You Need to:

• Drive a 26-foot box truck or smaller.
• Pass a background check (including a clean motor vehicle report) and a drug test – when it comes to your safety, we don’t mess around!
• Be highly organized and detail-oriented. 
• Possess a basic understanding of computers and electronics.
• Appreciate working with high-end equipment.
• Have a hands-on approach to work and be able to lift more than 35 pounds unassisted and 50 pounds with the aid of a dolly or pallet jack.
• Work well within a team.
