Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Patient Coordination: Assist in coordinating patient appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, enter data into electronic health records (EHR) systems, and prepare documents as needed.
