Our client, a growing company in Quincy, MA, is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join their team. If you are a dynamic and strategic thinker with a passion for demand generation and a knack for driving high-quality leads, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Location: South Shore MA (In-office 4 days a week, 1 day remote)
Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 base salary up to 20% performance-based bonus
Responsibilities Include
  • Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to enhance lead volume, quality, and conversion, ultimately improving customer LTV across defined segments.
  • Oversee daily marketing demand generation activities, focusing on pipeline efficiency and optimizing both paid and non-paid channels, with an emphasis on organic growth (SEO, growth loops).
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (sales, operations) and SEM/SEO agency partners to exceed demand generation goals.
  • Manage the HubSpot platform and integrate other data sources like ZoomInfo and Wealth Engine; refine customer scoring models to optimize sales resources and time management.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for future marketing strategies to drive high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute high-impact campaigns across multiple channels, supporting private aviation consultant teams with customized campaigns.
  • Own and manage the marketing growth agenda roadmap, including testing prioritization, learnings, and backlog for channels, campaigns, landing pages, funnels, and creative content.
  • Ensure all digital content follows brand guidelines and enhances the luxury brand experience.
  • Report daily and weekly on metrics and results.
Qualifications Include
  • 4 years of demand generation experience
  • Proficient with Salesforce and HubSpot
  • True B2B and B2C experience required
  • Aviation/luxury industry experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically
  • Prefer candidates with 3-5 years of experience who are adaptable and open-minded
  • Hands-on experience in lead generation beyond ads and paid searches
  • No previous director-level experience preferred
  • Achieve specific goals, including SQL/MQL targets, conversion rate improvements, and increased traffic (both paid and organic).
  • Balance between paid and non-paid ad strategies to optimize lead generation efforts.
