Manage selection, orientation, training, development, and performance evaluation of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy interns. Initiate and maintain effective communication to promote positive department relations across the organization. Demonstrate a dedication to continual patient-oriented pharmaceutical care and constant quality improvement to achieve department and organizational goals within approved operating budget.
