Key Responsibilities:
Conduct warm calls to introduce our products and services to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Leverage Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and report on sales activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and craft effective sales strategies.
Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively communicate product benefits.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of products and sales techniques.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field—preferably in the technology sector.
Familiarity with business development practices and effective sales techniques.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in sales management software, especially Salesforce.
Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving improvements in sales processes.
