The Neurology Center is seeking Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates that are compassionate, team-oriented and enjoy being a part of an energetic work environment. We are looking for individuals to join our scheduling team who create a positive experience for our patients while delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:

This is NOT an entry Level Position (experience required)

BILINGUAL (SPANISH/ENGLISH) Preferred

Ability to handle multiple demands and work quickly and accurately, 1 year of medical Scheduling.

Responsibilities:

· Answer all incoming scheduling calls and call backs and voicemail messages.

Schedule patients in all offices according to physician schedule

· Schedule patients for authorized services in accordance with doctor, technician and office schedules, always maintaining good public relations.

· Monitor schedule to prevent conflicts or problems.

· Maintain and monitor all doctors’ schedules daily to maximize doctor and technician productivity.

· Know patient scheduling policies and requirements.

· Assist with obtaining authorizations and referrals for established patient visits

· Maintain excellent relations with internal staff, physicians, referring offices, patients, health plans, etc.

Incentive: We pay schedulers extra for each scheduled patient
