Rate: $17.75/hr
Role Summary : Works under the direct supervision of the Production Supervisor. Provides excellent customer support by performing custodial related activities in a timely and cost effective manner.
What You'll Do:
1. Perform a variety of routine and generalized cleaning and custodial duties as directed, including, but not limited to, the following:

• Cleaning and general upkeep of restroom facilities, breakroom area, Specialties and Paperboard areas.
• Sweeping floors.
• Empty trash containers into the proper receptacles.
• Pick up trash from the lawn and parking lots, weather permitting.
• Snow removal and application of salt to prevent slipping hazards on walkways and entrances.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of cleaning related supplies.
• General custodial activities of facility, including walls, electrical panels, safety railings and ceilings.

2. Assist in light maintenance work, i.e. Change light bulbs, painting, etc.
3. Perform other duties as assigned by management personnel.
4. Assure excellent housekeeping of facility.
5. Support and adhere to internal quality and safety programs.

What You'll Need:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum 18 months working experience in a factory environment.
3. Must possess proficient communication skills in the English language in reading, writing and verbal communication.
4. Ability to lift, bend, stand and twist over a long periods of time.
5. Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and motivational skills.
6. Must be able to work with frequently changing priorities.
