You are organized, methodical, technically savvy, and experienced in real estate. Your attention to detail is unsurpassed and you thrive on your high standards, quality of work, and your ability to serve others enthusiastically. You’re an excellent communicator who can handle multiple duties and excel at supporting a busy sales team. You are highly responsible, with proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Listing Management Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Prepare all pitch documents, run comps, provide all details to agent
Create listings in all real estate platforms and update as needed/weekly through close of sale
- Communicate and touch base with clients weekly
- Create/manage all listings agreements, NDA’s ensuring full signatures and compliance
- Intro to the transfer agent/management agents, acquire building details - update our file
- Provide keys/access for agents at buildings for showings
- Procure qualified agent coverage for showing our listings when NGT agents are unavailable
- Ensure we receive offering plans, sales application
- Oversee the photography and videography process
- Schedule and coordinate staging
- Schedule cleaners as needed
- Create and send seller reports
- Create & send listing extensions
Sales Management Duties Include but not limited to:
- Maintain database health and manage transactions from pre listing to post closing in Brivity
- Generate & review board packages for all agents
- Create all deal sheets & send to all parties
- Communicate and touch base attorneys, agents, clients and provide requested information in a timely manner
- Add listings to portfolios in OLR after manual review
Send out Buyers Guide
- Forward out commercial setups upon request

Background and Experience:
- 2 years real estate experience in New York City, Manhattan
- Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New York (Required)
- Requires a prior work history that demonstrates an enthusiastic level of support to a team and the ability to plug into and improve existing systems.
- Technical expertise with real estate platforms and systems, google suite, calendaring systems, and database management systems.
Other Details:
- Base Compensation range from $65,000 - 75,000 Bonus - Unlimited 6 figure potential Opportunity for performance based and team success (profitability) bonuses
