Overview: The Night Shift is in need of an Area Supervisor to help handle its growing list of clients. We require someone with expertise in overseeing multiple locations and a track record of success as an Area Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities and proficiency in budgeting and operations planning with a strategic mindset to efficiently manage all aspects of operations within a family-oriented and highly successful business.

• Hours: 40 hours/week. Overtime available for exemplary work.
• Shift: Evenings

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control budgeted hours for assigned locations.
• Perform and inspect cleaning tasks to ensure that all work is performed to company and customer quality standards to assist in account retention.
• Assist in the development of site work schedules. Area Managers are included in the work schedule.
• Assist Area Supervisors and Site Supervisors as they indoctrinate and train new cleaning personnel as necessary at assigned site.
• Assist Area Managers and Site Supervisors as they allocate and perform work as required to accommodate personnel shortage or special requirements.
• Assist employees in maintaining, submitting, and signing necessary time records.
• Resolve day-to-day operational problems and inform immediate supervisor of any issues.
• Make recommendations for advancement, disciplinary action, or termination to Regional Manager or appropriate superior.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Keen sense of service and passion for the Company transformation; thrives on change, pace, action, and accountability.
• Highly meticulous with an aptitude and desire to learn and display critical thinking skills.
• Access to reliable transportation and possess a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
