Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bartending, possess excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, to customers following standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash and operate the cash register
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Upsell beverages and suggest new drink options
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders with food orders

Experience:

- Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of POS system and food safety practices is a plus
- Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with cash registers
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
