Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Parking Attendant to join our team. The Parking Attendant will be responsible for managing parking areas efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles in designated parking lots.

Responsibilities

- Direct vehicles to available parking spaces and guide drivers on parking procedures

- Collect parking fees and provide accurate change when necessary

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the parking area

- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about parking services

- Monitor and report any suspicious activities or incidents in the parking lot

- Operate parking equipment such as ticket machines or barriers

Qualifications

- Experience in cash handling and basic math skills

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

- Previous experience in valet parking, hospitality, or retail is a plus

- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for interacting with a diverse clientele
