**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and leading a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening or closing procedures

- Manage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Monitor food quality and presentation

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability

- Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in shift management within the food service industry

- Strong background in hospitality management, banquet services, and inventory management

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

- In-depth knowledge of the food industry, customer service best practices, and POS systems

- Demonstrated experience in team management and staff development
