**Job Summary:**
The Escape Room Game Master is a key representative of The Nixon Escape and is responsible for leading escape room games while providing an enjoyable, immersive experience for guests.
**Duties:**
- Oversee and facilitate all game experiences for participants in a timely and organized manner.
- Brief participants before each game regarding the rules, safety procedures, and storyline.
- Moniter games in progress, providing hints and guidance as needed.
- Reset the rooms efficiently and correctly after each game session ensuring they are ready for new participants.
- Create and maintain a positive, friendly, and fun atmoshpere for all participants.
- Respond to our guest inquiries and provide solutions to any issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfactions.
**Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent necessary, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Demonstrate customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in managing groups and creating a positive, engaging experience
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in acting, gaming, hospitality, retail, or related fields is a bonus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR would be an advantage.
**Physical Demands**
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting objects up to 20 lbs.
- Able to handle regualr bending, kneeling, and reaching.
