The Nonprofit Staffing Solution is Hiring a Marketing Manager Hybrid ($70,000 -$90,000) Near New York, NY

Job DescriptionMARKETING MANAGERSalary - $70,000 -$90,000HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE – 3 days in office and 2 days remotelyEducational organization is located in New York City and is Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote. Our goal is to hire a Marketing Manager with a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3- 5 years of experience within Investor Relations, Finance or Private Equity firm.
For this position the Ideal candidate will have a proven record of superb project management and data analysis skills with an eagerness to learn more and move into this exciting role. Prior experience as a management consultant for 2 or more years is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Project manage marketing through all stages of development from brief to implementation in collaboration with Marketing Director, internal teams, and external partners (e.g., agencies, photographers, designers, etc.)
  • Ensure streamlined, clear communication to vendors and internal stakeholders, including maintaining up-to-date weekly meeting agendas with vendors and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the current digital media landscape and target audiences, allowing our advertising to stay on top of the latest media trends
  • Plan, execute, and manage performance reporting and analysis of online and offline campaigns and make recommendations for media mix adjustments.
  • Plan and buy local traditional media to reach various target audiences (e.g. print, out-of-home, radio, TV, etc.)
  • Recommend campaign adjustments leaning on expertise with lead generation, Search Engine Optimizations (SEO), and strong understanding of website best practices
  • Support Marketing Director in creating and codifying scalable processes to produce and distribute assets across owned and paid platforms
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean startup-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed
