Job Summary:We are currently seeking 3 candidates to fill our entry level Marketing Event Assistant positions. As a Marketing Event Assistant, you will meet one on one with potential customers to develop relationships and grow our client base. Our company is looking for someone who is committed to growing their career in the sales and business development field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be able to meet individual sales quotas and help train others to do the same
- Learn sales team leadership and development and implement at our private site events
- Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geographical retail event space
- Use functional and technical knowledge of our clients’ products to meet or exceed customer needs
- Establish and maintain excellent communication and sound working relationships with co-workers
- Ensure the clients brand awareness strategy is implemented and overall market share is positively impacted as a result
- Actively participate in scheduled company sales meetings, district and regional conference calls and other business meetings
- You will work within a growing company where the opportunity for advancement is available
- You will receive specialist sales and business development training from our clients and management team
- You will be rewarded with travel opportunities, R&R weekends and team nights are regularly planned to foster a fun working environment

- 2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Experience in face to face working environments
- Ability to influence decision makers and close sales
