Position - Commercial Customer Service Representative
As we continue to grow and expand our reach, Peterson Insurance is excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our dynamic commercial lines team. In this role you will be assisting the commercial lines sales team by assisting with the excellent customer experience that we are known for.
This role is in person only, we do not have regular work from home or hybrid options at this time.
Responsibilities
-Work with existing customers on their Commercial & Group Health policy servicing needs
-Although commercial focused, this individual will also assist with personal lines as needed.
-Write on small commercial lines products (Commensurate with experience)
-Provide Outstanding & Prompt Customer Service
-Review commercial line customer renewals
-Become well versed in company offerings and quoting methods
-Follow company specific guidelines & office procedures
-Have a team mindset
Requirements
Qualifications
-3 years of insurance experience (Commercial Lines & Independent Agency Experience Preferred)
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
-PA P&C insurance license (Required), LA&H (Required within 3 months of hire)
-Ability to multitask while maintaining an attention to detail
-Excellent sales, communication, & technology skills
