What We Are Looking For is YOU!Full-Time Customer Support Bilingual Vietnamese / EnglishCustomer Support position at our headquarter branch location in Torrance, CA
Enagic is a Japan-based leading manufacturer of alkaline ionizers and water filtration machines
No experience needed, just need to be very "tech-savvy" (chats, emails, social media)
We are looking for 2-3 fantastic people
40 hours a weekly

- Answering incoming customer inquires - phone and emails
- Assisting customers over email and phone
- Handling customer support
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Process incoming orders
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
- Bilingual Vietnamese / English speaking
- Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous
- People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
- Adaptable/flexible -- enjoy doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
- Great Positive Attitude
- S-E-C Smile - Eye Contact - Comment
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
