We are seeking a skillful technician to maintain the TE tools our lab developed. The position can also develop new tools to enhance our capabilities in annotating TEs and repetitive sequences.

The Ou Lab has great traditions for its development of highly accurate and scalable genomic tools, with significant contributions to Transposable Elements (TE) annotations. Led by Dr. Shujun Ou, who has over a decade of experience in genomic tool development, our lab is an emerging leader in its field evidenced by the widespread citation of our tools.
